We are looking forward to welcoming you as our guests in Vienna. The apartment is situated in the 19th district and perfect to live and work in the most livable city of the world. Grocery stores (Billa, Bipa) are located directly around the corner (5 minutes walking distance). With the tramway you’ll reach the famous ring in 15 minutes, in the other direction it takes you in 20 minutes to the vineyards of Vienna. The station “Heiligenstadt” is in 10 minutes walking distance. Here you have access to the metro and to local trains. The airport is only 30 minutes away with public transport. There are several P&R parking lots where you can leave your car for 4€ p. day or for a monthly rate.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with lift) in a small road and you have a view into the calm, green backyard. It has been renovated completely in 2023 and has modern furniture. The two big windows have blinds, insect screens and thermal-curtains. Our flat has a combined sleeping/living room with a double bed and a sleeping sofa and has room for a maximum of four guests. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourselves. There is a bathroom and a closet where you have space to leave your clothes and luggage. The apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, towels, bedsheets, consumable) and there is TV and Wifi. A babybed and a high chair are available.
