We rent our beloved 140sqm city apartment in the center of Hamburg. It is in the Rotherbaum district. The nice thing about the location is that the city, the best restaurants and the Planten un Blomen park are all within walking distance. Due to the unobstructed view of the park, the apartment is uniquely bright.

The design of the apartment celebrates the fusion of Italian modernism with the style of Art Deco of yesteryear in an old building charm with high ceilings and real wood work.

The apartment is extremely representative. The dining room, whose wall is upholstered in illuminated leather, is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The dining room seats eight to ten people on custom chairs around a large B&B Italia table. The living room is the lounge area of ​​the apartment. The Italian Minotti sofa invites you to relax together or to watch a movie. A 75 inch television and a surround sound system are available for this purpose. The bar can be reached through a double door from the living room. This is fully equipped from the wine refrigerator to the glass cooler. The bar turned out to be the most communicative room in the apartment. All crystal glasses necessary in a bar are available. Sitting at the counter encourages great conversations in company or relaxed evenings enjoying a drink and the atmosphere of the apartment. Numerous indirect lighting and other light sources can create an individual mood in the apartment.

The long hallway can be reached from all three rooms. This captivates with a custom-made lamp and rounds off the selected Art Deco or oak wood lamps in the apartment. The storage room and a freshly renovated guest bathroom with marble tiles lead off the hallway. Walking along the corridor we reach the private area of ​​the apartment. This leads to the bathroom and the bedroom with an adjoining walk-in closet and a small study. The bedroom, like the other rooms, is characterized by custom-made furniture, the fabrics of which run uniformly through the apartment, and well-chosen silk. The bed is a comfortable 2*2m box spring bed. In the well-divided walk-in closet is a steam cupboard, which saves washing and ironing valuable things. However, if washing is desired, there is a Gaggenau washing machine and dryer available in the apartment.

The kitchen is a masterpiece. The finished 15-fold lacquered tropical wood front in combination with the matt glass paneling of the cupboards is probably one of the highest quality kitchen designs. This set standard is continued with the kitchen appliances. All Gaggenau appliances are uniform. There is a steam cooker, oven, plate warmer, dishwasher, built-in coffee machine, fridge and freezer, extractor hood and a full induction field that corresponds to the latest technology. Like the bar, the kitchen is fully equipped. The fine crockery has a platinum rim, the pots and pans are from Le Creuset.
