📑 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (please, send them together with your request):
- Tenants’ Passport/NIE/ID.
- Only for employees: Copy of your contract and copy of the last three payrolls (or pay the total amount of your stay at the time of check-in)
- Only for self employed: Last income tax return.
- Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement and last three payrolls from guarantor or sponsor.
🎇 If any of these documents cannot be provided, the reservation will be canceled and the tenant will lose the first month's rent.

- Stays shorter than 3 months: the whole rental period needs to be paid in advance
