Spacest.com is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

The apartment is located 4 minutes walk from one of the most famous districts of Milan, the Navigli, loved for its beauty and the lively nightlife that characterizes it. The street of the apartment, Via Villoresi, is very quiet and quiet. The two-room apartment, arranged on two levels, consists on the ground floor of a living area with double sofa bed, dining table, open kitchen and bathroom with shower and on the upper floor of a large double bedroom with wardrobe.
The apartment, located in the courtyard of a residential building, has an outdoor space furnished with table and chairs.
The waterways are a characteristic feature of the Navigli district and constitute its special charm: Leonardo’s original design and the human settlements that have followed one another over the centuries, from boat traffic to laundries, from small craftsmen’s workshops to nineteenth-century popular houses, form an urban and human landscape that has no comparison in the fabric of the city.
Navigli is famous for its twin canals and paved streets, lined with contemporary art galleries and vintage shops. The district is at the heart of Milan's nightlife and offers a variety of dining options, including pizzerias, canals restaurants and innovative barge clubs. The flea market on Viale Papiniano and the Antique Market held every month attract those looking for leather accessories, jewellery and antiques.
Metro M2 Romolo is an 8-minute walk away, Porta Genova is a 10-minute walk away.
The Navigli are a 4-minute walk away.
The Duomo can be reached by line 2 in 20 minutes.
Monthly rates:
• 1.350,00€ for monthly rent
• 300,00€ for building fees
• 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.900,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.350€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 220,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.
IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spacest.com (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
IMPORTANTE!!! Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da Spacest.com (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.
