Opened in the beginning of 2023, this quiet backyard complex features 16 micro apartments right in the city centre of Düsseldorf.

Apartment #4 on the ground floor is one of our six Art Apartments, where we aimed to maximize comfort in a small space.

One of the highlights of this room is a cozy queen-sized bed to ensure that you get a restful night’s sleep so that you start energized into the adventures of the following day.

Whether you are snuggled up in the comfort of your bed or relaxing on the comfortable one seater sofa, it’s too easy to get lost in a daydream while looking out of the full length windows into the backyard – or too relax in front of the television.

To ensure your privacy is kept, we installed extendable blinds and automatic shutters.

The kitchen is generous in size and fully equipped: fridge, stove and oven as well as all the utensils will make preparing food a joy. However, if that's not your thing you can easily order groceries (e.g., with Gorillas or Flink) or meals from one of the many delivery services (e.g., with Lieferando or Wolt) within minutes.

You’ll enjoy your private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

"Individuality" is the key word in the design process for this apartment. Shev Lunatic, a local artist, used one of the walls as canvas for some artwork.

The colour scheme of the interiors features neutral colours with a few highlights that reflect the colours of the artwork in the apartment.
