Design studio with balcony

Move into our freshly renovated and bright design studio on the second floor with a balcony in a quiet location of Friedrichshain. We ourselves have already lived temporarily in furnished apartments and therefore know 💡 what You need:

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen (coffee/tea maker ☕, dishes, cutlery🍴, knives, Philips kettle, toaster 🍞 etc.) with BOSCH appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven). The pictures above the sink shows how diverse the culinary in Berlin can be between kebab 🍅 and oysters 🦪.

The round marble table with 4 wooden chairs invites you to eat and work. Here is the picture of Tempelhofer Feld, where kites 🪁 can be seen.

LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM:
A custom built-in wardrobe with an integrated bed 🛌🏻 offers plenty of space for your stuff and cleverly makes the bed disappear when -for example - guests come or you - like us - love it minimalist in your home office 💻.

You'll also find a cozy couch + side table and a USM sideboard with SAMSUNG TV 🎥 to relax. Here you can also find 3 postcards from an antique store. These show old shots of Berlin Friedrichshain's to revel in nostalgia 📜.

BATHROOM:
The newly renovated bathroom has a large 🪞 mirror and an enclosed 🟩 green shower 🚿 inspired by design hotels.
