Your trip to Berlin will be an unforgettable experience when you stay in our beautiful loft apartment on the 5th floor of a typical well-kept old building in Charlottenburg. The wonderful loft apartment (110m²) is in a building with an elevator. Two separate bedrooms can be found with double beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room for a 5th person.The luxury bathroom has a shower and a bidet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also installed. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities that are necessary for longer stays, including a fridge / freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave ….In the kitchen there are 4 dining chairs and in the living area, a table for 5 is provided.Ample storage for clothes and luggage is also available.Should you additionally desire an intermediate cleaning, this is definitely possible, but it is important to note that here at a small cost. The apartment is located in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods known as Charlottenburg. You can reach the popular district of Kurfürstendamm and Mommsen Meyerinckplatz which is 200m away and the pedestrian area of Wilmersdorfer Straße 400m away. The apartment is well served by public transport (U.Bhf. Adenauerplatz at Kurfürstendamm 200, S.Bhf. Charlottenburg 400m, several bus lines. The connection to Messe and the centre is excellent. You need to go to the main railway station and take the S-Bahn without changing.The area is characterised by excellent shopping centres (Kurfürstendamm, Wilmersdorferstr.), cozy bars, and restaurants. Charlottenburg is one of Berlin’s trendiest districts and enjoys great popularity with Berliners and guests from around the world.
