The apartment is located at one of the most wanted authentic areas in Friedrichshain (Samariterkiez) - surrounded by diverse restaurants, bars, small boutiques and galleries. It's called the new creative center of town - with easy access to Kreuzberg, Neukoelln and Mitte. The buildings on nearby Karl-Marx Allee and Frankfurter Allee are important landmarks from GDR times. In 100m distance, there is Samariterstr. subway station. Nearby the apartment there is also a stop of the M10 tram line, which runs all around the clock. Also Boxhagener Platz with its famous flea market on saturdays and sundays (10-18h) is nearby. The famous East Side Gallery is within15-20 minutes walking from the apartment and so is River Spree for a breeze and amazing views as well boat rides can be easily booked.
