Modern two-room apartment of about 50 square meters located on the second floor inside a courtyard of a building from the early 1900s, recently renovated, near the Naviglio Grande towpath, a few steps from Porta Genova station and widely served by public transport . Entering the apartment, equipped with air conditioning, we find ourselves in the living area with an open kitchen, furnished with a comfortable queen size sofa bed overlooking the TV area and a table for 4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped, with fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave. Finally, the sleeping area, which is accessed through a corridor where there is a cabinet for cleaning materials. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together, bedside tables and relative lampshades. The corridor leads to the bathroom, complete with services, washing machine and shower. Public transport The apartment is located in an area very well connected to the main places of interest in the city. It is in fact located about 200 meters from the Porta Genova underground station (MM2 - green line), ideal for reaching in a few minutes the Cadorna (MM2 - green / MM1 - red line) and Centrale (MM2 - green / MM3 - yellow line) stations. . Stops for trams 2, 9, 10 and 14 and buses 74 and 325 are also located within a radius of 250 meters. Area Via Vigevano is located near the Navigli area, thus enjoying a strategic position that allows you to reach the main places of interest in a short time. In particular, from the apartment they are easily accessible on foot or by public transport: - the MUDEC - Museum of Cultures, within which various spaces are developed that offer the visitor and the city a multiplicity of cultural proposals and services, including permanent collections, temporary exhibitions, conference rooms and workshops for adults and children, distributed over 17,000 square meters; - the Columns of San Lorenzo, a historic Milanese square that comes to life especially during the evening hours. RENTAL CONDITION:
- The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- We will provide you a registered contract and the contract translated into English.
- For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 100 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 150 (VAT included), for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included).
