The apartment is over 120 sq.m. and is really spacey! It can host up to 6 people in the 2 comfortable bedrooms. Alimos stands in the middle of Piraeus and Glyfada

The big advantage of this apartment is that while you are very close to a very nice beach, at the same time you can reach Athens city center in less than 15 minutes. The beach is only 400 m away and you can reach it in about 5 minutes on foot.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and one big double sofa bed in the living room, where 6 people can be easily accommodated. A fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher, kettle, etc.). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

The boiler will provide you with hot water for 24 hours.

Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you.

The entire property has free WIFI!

Only 200m away from the apartment there is a supermarket and less than 200 m away you can find traditional tavernas, a bakery, restaurants, and cafeterias.

300 m away from the apartment there are bus stations from where the buses are leading to most areas of Attica. Line A1 leads in less than 20 minutes to the boats for most islands, to the metro (line 1 Piraeus station), and to the suburban railway (Piraeus station). There is also the bus line X96 which leads to the international airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos. Line A2 leads in about 15 minutes to the Acropolis museum and to Syntagma Square in the center of Athens.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
