The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance, pretty much all the furniture, TV and kitchen accessories are brand new. The apartment has its own outside space and the view behind the house is higher up. We live in the same house on the upper floor and also wall to wall with the apartment. It is close to the tram and Puss stop, it is also walking distance to a grocery store. The electricity has a ceiling so if it exceeds a normal consumption then you pay extra.
