Furnished room for rent in an apartment with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and equipped kitchen in the center of Madrid, three minutes from the metro Antón Martin (line 1) and five minutes from the metro Lavapiés (line 3). It has the Puerta del Sol 10 minutes away, the apartment is very close to the triangle of culture of Madrid. There are many gastronomic and leisure proposals in the vicinity of the apartment. The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has smart TV and young international atmosphere.

⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS:

🧑‍🤝‍🧑Price for couples: +105€/month

🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.

🕑Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days).
🕑 Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days).
🕑 Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80€ (It is not possible to check-in after 22:00h).
🧽 One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 40€

🦹 Visitors staying more than one night: 30€/night.

PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN.
