These 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the center of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born, and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants. The apartments have a balcony in the lounge area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The double suite room has a private bathroom and will be provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. Parties or bachelor parties are not allowed.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utility fee: 150 euros. At the end of the stay, the real cost will be calculated. If consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be made.
