Welcome to this warm and inviting 3 bed house nicely located in Fulham. Relax and unwind in Lillie Road Recreation Ground which is only 6 mins away. Both Parsons Green Tube Station and Fulham Broadway Tube Station are 15 mins walk. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a beautiful rooftop terrace and a cosy backyard patio. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Linen, towels, TV and WiFi provided.

Welcome to Fulham, one of London's most popular neighbourhoods (known to most football fans around the world!) The property will charm you with its comfortable and cosy setting. The house is perfect for families, a group of friends or 3 couples visiting London. Parsons Green Tube Station and Fulham Broadway Tube Station (District Line) are both a short 15 minute walk away so you can enjoy great transportation links across the city. If you'd rather relax and unwind, Lillie Road Recreation Ground is only a 5-minute walk away. If you're a football fan, enjoy an unforgettable experience at Stamford Bridge Stadium (a 20-minute walk away.) Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the banks of the River Thames which is a short 10-minute walk away. Fulham Broadway offers a great selection of shops and restaurants as well as a 9-screen cinema and a luxury health club. If you wish to explore London by car, the A3219 (Dawes Road) is less than 3 minutes away from the house.
Living and Eating:
The living room is comprised of two comfy sofas, a coffee table and a dining table that can seat up to 6 guests. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a fridge and hobs. Enjoy direct access from the kitchen to the charming patio, the perfect place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee with loved ones.
Bedroom and Bathroom:
First bedroom: Light bedroom on the first floor with twin beds, lots of storage space and a cosy work/study area.
Second bedroom: Charming bedroom located on the first floor with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and desk space at your disposal.
Third Bedroom/Master Bedroom: Spacious bedroom on the top/second floor complete with a double bed, a chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. You can access the lovely rooftop terrace from the Master Bedroom.
There are 3 bathrooms in the house. The first bathroom is located on the ground floor with a toilet and sink. The second bathroom is located on the first floor and offers a cabin shower and a bathtub. The third bathroom is located on the second floor and is an en-suite bathroom to the Master bedroom, complete with a bathtub and over-bath shower.
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided.
