🔸For bookings less than 6 months, we charge an additional short-term booking fee equivalent to 1 week's rent, payable with the first month's rent. The additional monthly fee shown as 'Other' is for Water, Gas, and Council Tax - this is paid monthly and the first installment will be due before move-in.
