The location is great - overlooking (frontally) the Vltava river, very close to the Andel shopping center, and also very close to public transport (Metro, tram)

The flat is on the fourth floor, with A LOT of light, East-West orientation, without vis-a vis. Sunny, grandiose, with high classic ceilings. Fully equipped, decorated and furnished with highest standards in a nice mix of modern functional furniture and art nouveau antiques.

The bedroom (20 m2, East-facing) has also lovely front view of the river, unspoiled through a large double french window. This is a non-smoking property. For safety reasons (as well as pollution, dust and noise), kindly refrain from opening the windows overlooking the street. The apartment can be aired through the windows overlooking west (the backyard)
