The interior of the house is bright and features parquet flooring. Upon entry, you step into a comfortable living area with an open kitchen. Here, you'll find a French size sofa bed (190cm x 140cm) and a cabinet with drawers and a TV. The living area also houses the boiler, which ensures the apartment's autonomy for both heating and hot water.

The majority of the furnishings in the apartment are custom-made to optimize the available space.

A small hallway with a small bookcase provides access to the bathroom, equipped with a shower and a washing machine. It then leads to the bedroom, which features a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed (190cm x 160cm).

In the bedroom, there is a split for air conditioning, allowing for enhanced comfort even during the hottest periods of the year.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
