Cette splendide chambre en colocation, meublée, équipée et clef en main à Asnières-sur-seine vous offre confort et design. Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).

Le logement se situe dans le quartier Asnières sur Seine, en plein centre de Asnières-sur-seine. De nombreux transports publics, restaurants, commerces se trouvent aux alentours. La colocation est à l'étage 1 . Elle est prête-à-vivre et possède une cuisine tout équipée avec frigo, bouilloire, grille-pain, ustensiles, vaisselle, micro-ondes, casseroles, poêles… Ainsi que planche à repasser, tancarville, fer à repasser, lave-linge. Le matériel pour le ménage est déjà présent au sein de la colocation : seau et serpillère, aspirateur, balai-brosse, balai… Chaque colocation meublée comprend toutes les charges : eau, charges de copropriété, taxe sur les ordures, électricité, assurance habitation, wifi illimité. Seuls le lave-linge et le sèche-linge ne sont pas compris dans les charges, vous pouvez y accéder dans la laverie. (3,5€ détergent compris et 3€ pour le séchage).

Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.

All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities

This marvelous private room in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Asnières-sur-seine is a perfect combination of comfort and design. It has got lots of household goods, including a double bed with pillows and duvet Now all you need is to bring your things to settle in well! The room has a door latch if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is ideally located in the "Asnières sur Seine" neighborhood, in the centre of Asnières-sur-Seine. Plenty of shops, restaurants, public transports can be found close by. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a complete kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, crockery, pans, microwave, toaster, kitchen ustensils… It also has a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack. You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, condominium fees, housing insurance, water. Only the washing machine and the dryer are not included in the charges, you can access them in the laundry room (3,5€ detergent included and 3€ for drying).

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
