In the surroundings you will find a large number of shops, restaurants, cafés and galleries. Many sights can be reached comfortably on foot.
Interior description: 1 room apartment with optically separated sleeping area. The 1.80 m wide double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames can be converted into two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, shower/WC with washing machine and dryer. In addition, the apartment has an LED lighting system with which you can enjoy different program-controlled lighting moods.
