The apartment on the 5th floor is located on a side street off the famous Charlottenburg Palace, and one has a magnificent view over the rooftops of Berlin. Public transportation such as the subway, buses, and S-Bahn are within a 2-minute walk. Many restaurants, bars, cafes, theaters, and shops are in the neighborhood.

Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Charlottenburg Palace Garden, a versatile showcase of royal garden art. In the palace-distant area, there are meadows perfect for sunbathing and picnics. The palace garden is also popular for its riverside promenade along the Spree, inviting for walks and jogging. Additionally, the Schlossbrücke pier is a popular starting point for boat tours and steamer trips through the city center and to Wannsee.
