Just a stone's throw away from the well-known and popular Maybachufer, the accommodation combines all the advantages: central living in the heart of Berlin and at the same time an uncomplicated stay in a private home away from home - completely renovated and furnished with high-quality equipment.
As you step into the chic apartment, the first thing you notice is a shoe cabinet with generous storage and a mirror for a neat organization of your items. Next, you find the long bathroom that's equipped with a window and a sleek rain shower. Right next to the bathroom is a well-appointed kitchen that hosts a range of facilities, including a built-in Bora stove and oven, catering to hobby chefs as well as those who like to keep cooking simple.
From the kitchen, through the hallway, you'll arrive at the bright living room. While the large corner sofa invites you to switch off and watch the occasional series on the TV, a bookshelf next to it offers the alternative possibility to discover new books and dive into exciting worlds. There is plenty of space at the cozy round table for a nice get-together with friends or family. But the highlight of this room is undoubtedly the balcony. Here you can toast to your successes or simply enjoy the sunshine.
Next door is the cozy bedroom. While the large double bed offers a comfortable place to recharge your batteries, the provided desk offers a suitable workspace for any work tasks you may have. But this room also offers another cozy corner: a comfortable armchair invites you to linger and enjoy. Whether with a novel in hand or just listening to your favourite music on the available B&O sound system or the sound of the rain. Anything is possible in this apartment.

While the apartment is the ideal retreat, the lively pulse of Berlin city is just a short distance away. Only a few minutes away from the apartment is the Landwehrkanal, which is ideal for a walk in the fresh air and to refuel new energy. Numerous buses at the nearby bus stop allow a quick trip to many desired locations. Likewise, 700m away is Hermannplatz, where the U7 and U8 train lines stop and with which places like Alexanderplatz can be explored comfortably and without changing trains. But also other, central sights such as the Brandenburg Gate or the East Side Gallery can be reached quickly in 30 minutes by public transport. Numerous restaurants offer the possibility to dine out. Due to the central location, some are also open late into the night. Also, at the station Hermannplatz is not only a supermarket, but a whole shopping mile allows not far from the apartment to do any errands or just stroll comfortably.
