This brand new smart home flat with a great design has been completely rebuilt. It awaits you with very high-quality furnishings, a large, cosy balcony and a comfortable bedroom.

The lift will take you directly from your parking space in the underground garage to the front door of the flat. If you wish, you can charge your e-car directly from your parking space.

Start the day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee on the south-facing balcony with a beautiful view! Enjoy all the great amenities of this smart flat, including the electric exterior blinds, dimmable and colour-adjustable light and of course the exclusive furnishings.
By the way: Almost all technical devices can also be controlled via the included iPad and even by voice command! If you prefer conventional operation by switch, this is of course also possible.

For a first-class night's sleep, a temperature-controlled king-size waterbed in extra length (2.20mx2.00m) and hotel-quality bedding await you. On the right side of the bed you can even try out the massage function. Who sleeps where?

Furthermore, there is a dining area for 4 people, as well as a very cosy, electrically extendable sofa bed. Bring your personal favourite artist directly into the living room with the 65" frame TV or use the free Netflix account for exciting movie nights!

The spacious, roofed balcony has comfortable seating for 4 people and invites you to have a relaxed barbecue.

The kitchen is of course fully equipped. The high-quality induction cooker from BORA wants to be used! Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cookware and everything else you need to cook delicious meals is available.

Refresh yourself in the modern bathroom and enjoy the rain shower + spout or end your day with a hot bath.

Adjacent to the bathroom you will find a washing machine and dryer in an extra room, which are available to you at any time in your accommodation (detergent available).
