One step out of the Window (where you can sit on a wunderfull wooden window bank) there is a nice equiped area with chess board and nice sitting area belonging to the apartment-complex. The complex also has a garden area withe hammocks and wunderfull plants.

One step out of the door there is the east side gallery, the Oberbaumbrücke, lots of very good restaurants some are directly at the waterfornt and the famous Mercedes Benz arena where you can join the best concerts.
