The area around the apartment has numerous shops and restaurants, as well as cultural institutions like the Teatre Coliseum and the Museu del Modernisme de Barcelona. While there’s plenty to do in the neighborhood, you’ll probably want to explore the rest of the city. Fortunately, that will be easy to do with the Universitat (L1, L2) and the Hospital Clinic (L5) metro stations close by.
Not only can you enjoy this vibrant area and its connections to the rest of the city, but you can come home to an apartment decorated with a colorful and youthful style. The lounge is furnished with a table, chairs, television and sofa, and the apartment also includes a kitchen and bathroom.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit
- You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.
- Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month.
- Deposite: 1000€
- Minimum stay: 1 month.

GUESTS POLICY:
- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.
- Previous notification by email is required.
- First 2 nights are for free.
- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.
- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.
- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
