There is also a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery right across the street. "Skeifan" with multiple fast food places, 3 supermarkets (Bónus, Krónan and Hagkaup(24/7)) and a liquor store is only a 8-minute walk away.

There are only 2.6km to the university of Reykjavik if you walk/bike. It is easy to take the bus to all 3 universities as the apartment is located very close to the city center.

There are 5 bedrooms in the apartment and 1 bedroom in (hidden)ment. All the bedrooms have brand-new beds, sheets, duvets and pillows. All of the bedrooms have windows that open.
