The apartment, which is 60,25 m², is fully furnished, clean, and very close to the O2 arena, a nearby shopping centre including various shops, a food court, and the popular DinoPark.
The house is very quiet with friendly neighbours and is conveniently located near the train station, bus and tram stops, and the metro line-B Českomoravská with access to the centre of Prague in 10 min.
You can relax in Saunia or in the park, within walking distance of 5 minutes. You may work out in the fitness centres Form Factory or I’M FIT and can jog around the Rokytka river.
The apartment's interior consists of a spacious hallway with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, dishes, and cooking utensils. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, plenty of storage space, TV, washing machine, dryer, blinds, cleaning products, bed linen and towels. There is also internet with a speed of 250Mb/s and Neftlix. The apartment is appropriate for two people.

Late check-out is only possible if agreed upon.

Please note that city tax is not included in the price and must be paid before check-in if the stay in Prague lasts less than 60 days. Prague has a city tax of 50 CZK/person/night.
A security deposit of 200EUR/5.000 CZK is required upon delivery of 2 sets of keys.
The deposit will be refunded after the end of the rental period and the return of the keys.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and no pets are allowed.
