Rent Duration & Prices:
Minimum rent duration 7 months: 1.550 EUR per month "(including all operating costs and advance payment for ancillary costs with individual settlement)"

After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible.
For tenants staying 7-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit. All of this is also shown in detail within our digital booking process.
