🏠 We have a cozy room available in our friendly WG. It's a semi-detached 130 meter house :
You'll have a private room (~12 meter) plus living room, nice garden, kitchen, basement, bicycle parking, bathroom and toilet are shared.
The rent is warm including electricity, gas, water and WiFi bills. KVR for both rooms is possible. You don't need to pay for furniture.
