About our Berlin apartment:
Opting for clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a Nespresso and a French press for the coffee connoisseurs in your family or group. The Siemens Studio Line induction cooktop and oven will please the chef in you. A large stainless steel fridge/freezer completes the look.
The living space displays a Scandinavian character with carefully selected designer furniture and a plush couch for your get-togethers and Netflix nights.
With two bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen/dining room space, there’s room to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The first bedroom features a queen bed with an award-winning Emma spring-bed mattress, a closet and drawers/changing table for the ones bringing a small baby. The second bedroom has a window to the extra-quiet courtyard and two single beds which can be put together into a king-size bed.
The bathroom offers you the choice of a bathtub and a rain shower in a chic Balinese setting complete with Spanish ceramic floor tiles. Here you will also find a high-end washer and a dryer from Siemens.
The balcony is next to a beautiful oak tree and features just enough shade for you to enjoy your Sunday breakfasts and a late-afternoon

The apartment is 3 minutes away from the Frankfurter Tor metro station where you can take the subway to the central station in less than 20 minutes or to Alexanderplatz in 7 minutes.
Warschauer Straße S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk or 3-minute tram ride away. From here you can ride to the new Berlin airport in 20 minutes. Friedrichstraße is 5 stops away.
Prenzlauerberg is 15 minutes away by tram or bicycle. Kreuzberg is just across the river - you can get there by bike (5 minutes) or tram/metro (10 minutes).
Simon-Dach Kiez is a lively district on Berlin's east side. It is filled with trendy cafes, restaurants, small boutiques, and many playgrounds for kids. From here you can walk down to the Spree river and the East-side gallery in 15 minutes.
If you are planning to commute by bicycle, you will be able to easily ride to any place in Mitte, Kreuzberg or Prenzlauerberg in less than 20 minutes.
