Sunny apartment in the city center, very close to the city forest park.
The apartment is after complete reconstruction and fully furnished. The kitchen equipment includes complete kitchenware, microwave, fridge / freezer. A Nespresso coffee machine is available to make your morning great. It is designed for up to 4 adults. Separate bedrooms provide excellent living comfort (bed sheets available). Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a sofa bed 160 cm wide with a comfortable mattress. The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower. If necessary, washing machine can be easily install.
The apartment is easily accessible by car or public transport. Located just 5 minutes walk from Central train station. The city center is less than 10 minutes' walk away. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Parking is available in a public car park in front of the apartment building.
The apartment can be rented for a period of 2 week up to a maximum of 12 months.
