The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a elevator with a wonderful terrace with reliable view. even in the heart of the historic center of Cascais. Surrounded by local commerce and services, restaurants and cafes, handicraft stores, 5 minutes walk from the wonderful beaches of Cascais and the train station to Lisbon.
The apartment is totally refurbished with taste and all comfort. It has air conditioning in the bedroom and room for its full comfort throughout the year.
When it enters, it has a large social zone with great light and comfort, with kitchenette, meal area and leisure area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your home meals.
It has a plate and oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. It also has washing machine, extendal, board and iron. The leisure zone has a sofa and LCD TV with international channels and Wi-Fi all over the house.
In the private zone there is a bedroom with King Size double bed and a marquee with view.
