Der Wohnraum
Volldachwohnung in bester Lage im Herzen Berlins. Das Gebiet ist nähe Innsbrucker Platz (Berliner Ring) undweit vom Kurfürstendamm.
Mit einem gemütlichen Bett für 2 Personen und einer hochwertigen 7-Zonen-Matratze für einen angenehmen und gesunden Schlaf. Eine Küche mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Besteck und Geschirr sowie einer Mikrowelle sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Es gibt auch ein kleines gemütliches Sofa in der Wohnung, wo Sie entspannt am Laptop arbeiten oder surfen können. Das Sofa bietet bei Bedarf eine Schlaffunktion eine weitere (3) Person.

Eine Dachterrasse mit über 100 m2 Fläche steht ebenfalls über den Dächern Berlins zur Verfügung und lädt vor allem im Sommer zum Chillen auf der Couch ein, aber auch zwei Sonnenanbeter holen sich braune Haut :-) und Sie können die Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick über Berlin genießen. Auch ein Holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden und eignet sich perfekt für einen tollen Grillabend.

Lage:
Die Unterkunft liegt in Berlin Schöneberg. Es gibt zahlreiche gute Restaurants, tolle Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe rund um den Innsbrucker Platz, Friseure direkt vor der Tür und eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Ubahn Innsbrucker Platz).

Full Rooftop Apartment in a Top Location of Heart of Berlin. Area Called Innsbrucker Platz - nearby Kurfürstendamm
With a cozy bed for 2 persons and high-quality 7-zone mattress for a pleasant and healthy sleep. A kitchen with oven, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery and a microwave is provided.
There is also a small cozy sofa in the apartment where you can work on the laptop relaxed or surfing. The sofa has a sleeping function for another (3) person if its needed.

Also a charcoal grill is available and is perfect for a great BBQ.

The property is located in Berlin Schöneberg. There are numerous good restaurants, great food in the immediate vicinity around the Bayrischer Platz, hairdressers right outside the door and a very good transport links (Ubahn Bayrischer Platz).
