The apartment is in a new building in the commercial area Sudetenstrasse in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn. Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn is located east of Munich, conveniently close to the A8/A99 Nuremberg freeways, via which you can reach the city limits of Munich in about 15 minutes. The S-Bahn station Wächterhof (one stop before Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn) is about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The S-Bahn, which runs every 20 minutes, takes about 20 minutes to Ostbahnhof and 30 minutes to Marienplatz.
Distance to the Siemens location in Munich Neuperlach only 4 stops by S-Bahn (10 min. into the city - idR. In 20 min. intervals).
