Our apt is under the terrace of our house (villa), so you need to treat the apt with care, keeping it neat, tidy and clean. We are in a quiet area -- no smoking, no vaping, no parties. Our apt has its own entrance, but you are in our garden and walk through our garden from the gate.

Our independent, cosy apartment & secluded garden is for a mature student or couple, most likely in a masters or doctoral programme. If your studies are about the environment or sustainability or geography, you will be particularly welcome.

Two furnished rooms: living/kitchen & bedroom with one double bed. Air conditioner & heat pump. High-speed fibre internet.
Good public transport to Nice and Sophia. Easy parking in front of the house.

You will be within easy walking distance to the beach, shops (incl a supermarket), banks, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bus stops, train station, doctors.

Our house & garden are strictly *non-smoking* and non-vaping. Also, no parties (we are a quiet neighbourhood).

We like friendly, mature, responsible guests, with whom we can interact on a friendly basis. We are *NOT* a hotel or a residence. If this is not to your liking, please find a place elsewhere. We count on you to stay for the time that you promise to stay -- normally an academic year.

When you contact us, please indicate that you have read and understood this description, and that you understand the rule about staying for the full term of the contract.

We speak English, French, a little Spanish & Thai. When you contact us, you can use our names - David & Rata.
