We are proud to offer you this spacious and elegant apartment in a quiet residential area just a short tram ride from the centre. You will be staying in the green Lapa neighbourhood, the home of great local restaurants and beautiful gardens. The picturesque Jardim da Estrela is just around the corner, and all the major sights are easily within reach by tram or taxi. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The space
The apartment is modernly decorated and has everything you need to have a great time in Lisbon. Enjoy its stylish design, comfortable furniture, and plenty of space with natural light. LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN:
The living room has a comfortable sofa that can turn into a single bed, a full-length mirror, a flat-screen TV and a dining area that can seat up to 4 guests. The open-plan kitchen has all the modern appliances, including a coffee machine, mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
There is a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe in the stylish bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, and bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided.

Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
-In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
**Please note that due to local government law, guests are obligated to pay a city tax. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee.

Welcome to the Lapa neighbourhood, a quiet residential yet central area, where you can enjoy historical architecture, cosy cafes, and lush gardens. The picturesque Jardim da Estrela, with fountains and a children’s playground, is just a short walk from the flat, and so is the 16th-century São Bento Palace, the seat of the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic. You can easily reach the city centre, with all the major attractions, including Praça do Comércio and Santa Justa Lift, in only 20 minutes by tram.
