This beautiful apartment is located on the second floor of the back house and is therefore very quiet.
The apartment is equipped with a beautiful old plank floor. To the left of the front door, the hallway leads to the two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. In one bedroom there is also a corner desk.
To the right of the hallway is the bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brücke is a few minutes walk away, so that the lines S1, bus 106, 204 and M43 are all ideally accessible. Also the U- and S-Bahn station Yorkstr. can be reached after a few minutes, so that the connection to the lines S2,S25, S26, U7 and to the bus lines M19 N7 is also given.
Due to the nearby Hauptstrasse and Crellemarkt all things of daily needs can be wonderfully shopped.
All stores of daily needs - bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, doctors, etc. are within walking distance.
