The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a comfortable queen-size box spring bed (1.60m wide), a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, a refrigerator and everything you need.

The newly renovated bathroom has a large walk-in shower so you can freshen up as you please.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.

Of course, you can also use the couch in the apartment with a great view to enjoy your meal, read a book or simply switch off. The couch could also be used as a sofa bed.

The location of the apartment is also ideal:
You can look forward to walks along the adjacent banks of the Neckar or walk to Luisenpark or the city center. It is in close proximity to the UMM and MMT campuses. A tram stop is directly opposite.

The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers that can be used free of charge.
