Die Apartments sind je nach Verfügbarkeit in verschiedenen Größen anzumieten.
Bei der angegebenen Gesamtmiete handelt es sich um eine Pauschalmiete inkl. aller Nebenkosten; die Nebenkosten werden nicht separat abgerechnet, somit haben Sie volle Planungssicherheit und keine Nachzahlung.

Nur noch Koffer auspacken und sich wohlfühlen.

In the centre of Frankfurt these single room apartments are located. There is a total of 23 apartments on one floor with sizes from 15m2 to 30m2. The monthly rates are depending on the size of the apartment.

Ausstattung:

Jedes der Apartments ist voll möbliert und verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile, sowie ein Duschbad. Die Apartments sind modern eingerichtet mit einem gemütlichen Bett, einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank, Fernseher, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und wohnlichen Accessoires. Bettzeug, Bettwäsche und ein Set Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Kostenloses WLAN ist inklusive.

Waschmaschinen/Trockner befinden sich auf dem Flur und sind zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung aller Apartmentbewohner.

Each apartment is fully furnished and has a kitchenette and its own bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with a comfy bed, a big wardrobe, TV and a desk with chair. Free Wifi is included. The tenant is also provided with bedding and linen and one set of towels.

Washing machine/dryer can be found on the hallway of the floor for the common use of the tenants.

Zwischen dem Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof und der Taunusanlage befindet sich diese Wohngemeinschaft in der Taunusstraße. Die umliegenden Banken und Unternehmen sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in der Nähe.
Auch der Main und die Innenstadt sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Parallel verläuft die populäre Kaiserstraße mit etlichen Restaurants, Bars, Spezialitätenshops, Bäckereien und Drogerien.
Die Anbindung an zahlreiche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist durch die direkte Nähe zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ausgezeichnet.
Das Bahnhofsviertel zählt mittlerweile zu den Szenevierteln Frankfurts. Einheitlich in allen Objekten sind die Konditionen bzgl. Kaution, hier gilt immer 1 Monatsmiete, welche bei Anmietung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und welche innerhalb 2 Wochen nach ordnungsgem. Rückgabe des Zimmers zurückgezahlt wird.
