The studio apartment with loft character underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2023 and now offers high-quality and comfortable furnishings for a pleasant stay in Leipzig. The high 3.60 m ceilings and the generous window areas, which flood the apartment with plenty of daylight, harmonize perfectly with the modern equipment in the listed, old book printing works from 1898.
The non-smoking apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, which is easy to reach, and offers full-surface underfloor heating for a total of 39 square meters for pleasant warmth even on cold days.
The large box spring bed and the comfortable sofa bed are ideal for relaxing after a long stroll through the city. For sporting activities, the in-house fitness studio is available around the clock at any time.
