The self-check-in apartments offer a kitchen and a bathroom in an excellent and convenient location below the Zürichberg, close to the zoo, the FIFA head(hidden) and the Technical University.

The washing machine and dryer are located in the building (not in the apartment) and are shared with other residents. Both are free of charge.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM OWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.
