High-speed WiFi included in the rent, electricity and water included in the price of the rent if it doesn´t exceed 185€/month. Cleaning is not included in the price.
You will find all besheets when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them at your move out, the price is aprox 60.-€.
It is mandatory to hire a cleaning service of at least eight hours a month for hygiene reasons, the cleaning lady charges €10.- per hour and the 80.-€ monthly will be paid directly to the cleaning lady among all the occupants of the apartment.
It is located next to the Plaza Mayor, with a supermarket in the same building. Subway stations are: Latina, Tirso de Molina and Sol.
For the room reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months deposit + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months deposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent. The two months deposit will be returned when you leave if you haven´t caused any damage. You must buy new bedsheets when you leave.
