Furnished room for rent in a five-rooms apartment in the center of Madrid, one minute away from Antón Martin metro (line 1) and five minutes away from Puerta del Sol, very close to the Madrid culture triangle. There are many gastronomic and leisure proposals around the flat. Expenses are included in the price: electricity, water, natural gas, fiber optic internet of 600 MB and weekly cleaning of common areas. The flat has a Smart TV and a young international atmosphere.
⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS:
🧑🤝🧑Price for couples: +105€/month
🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.
🕑Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days)
🕑 Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days)
🕑 Check-in/out outside working hours: 60€ (It's not possible to check-in after 22:00h)
🧽 One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 30€
🦹 Visitors staying more than one night: 25€/night

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
