Located on the ground floor of the house, next to the chimney and living area. 45€ for utility bills will be additional costs every month, but only if the usage is responsible.

Amazing palace house located in Porvenir which is 2 min walk from famous Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park. The house consist of 12 wide and bright bedrooms with king-sized bed and 4 bathrooms. A lot of light and space, all furnished and with a beautiful garden. Parking is also possible. Close to all touristic spots, the Cathedral, Giralda, Santa Cruz. Also, a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and gym are nearby. Everything you need just around the corner: metro station, bus, SEVICI (public bikes). 10 minutes walk to University of Sevilla. Close to Campus EUSA (8 minutes) Shared with international students.
The bills are 45 € ALWAYS IF THE USAGE IS RESPONSIBLE .
