The correct address of this property is P14A21, Eden Island, Seychelles. Usually, I rent my apartment to guests per night on (hidden) and other well-known sites.
Spacious 210m² duplex ensuite condo, second (top) floor with loft. Double height ceilings and a wide wrap-around balcony on the stunning 5* Eden Island award-winning marina development, Seychelles. From the balcony, there are gorgeous views of the mountains of Mahé and across the bay are 3 beautiful islands. Further away are La Digue and Praslin (½ hour by ferry) in an archipelago of 116 islands to explore. Island hopping by cruise, yacht, motorboat, ferry or helicopter is a favourite activity (see maps).
Luxury furnishings: Miele appliances, percale sheets, quality crockery, Weber BBQ, Aircon (temperature-controlled in each room), 2 large double bedrooms with high ceilings, on the first floor with a king or two single size beds, each with en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Safe in the master bedroom. Sofa bed opens to double bed in the family room at the top of stairs next to the third loft bedroom (see floor plan).
Marble countertops throughout. Coffee maker, Miele Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. Lounge area with 42" cable TV and wifi. Dining area with table for 6 and chairs, folding doors to large wide wrap-around balcony with dining table for 8 and chairs, loungers, more chairs and tables, and gas BBQ.
Check-in: My representative, will meet and greet guests on arrival at the Eden Island VMA reception at a pre-arranged time within working hours. Guests will be escorted to the property and explained how to operate the buggy, kitchen appliances and all the facilities available for them to use during their stay on Eden Island. If their arrival is not within working hours, my representative will meet the guests the next working day at around 10 am. Information on TV use, wifi set up and maps can be found on the TV server shelf. There is an intercom in the apartment for communication to the call center, allowing guests to communicate internally in the residential village and the commercial district on Eden Island. Guests can report any issues 24/7 with the intercom to the call center or by phone, message (using (hidden)) or email to my representative, who will follow up on maintenance issues and will attend to all emergencies personally.

Upon Request: Luggage storage, Extra cleaning days, Laundry, Ironing, Groceries prior to your arrival (£10-15, depending on the quantity needed), Organise car or boat hire, Kayak and Bodyboards, Catamaran or Cruise tour of the islands, Fishing, Scuba diving, Snorkelling, Airport and Taxi transfer, Restaurant reservation, Baby Sitting, Cooking, Spa treatments and anything else required.
Fire safety: Notice on the front door, fire alarms (attached to the ceiling), fire blanket on the wall, fire extinguisher and torch (in the labeled cupboard).
Cleaning included: For a stay of one week (7 nights ), one day clean and one linen change. A stay of 1-6 nights, no cleaning or linen change is included but extra cleaning and linen can be arranged.
To use the buggy in the commercial area fingerprint security identification must be registered by the driver who must have a driving license. Only 4 people allowed in the buggy.
For a short stay of 3 nights or less a fee is charged for administration (laundry) costs.
If you are looking for a relaxed hassle-free holiday then Eden Island is the place for you as the resort has everything you would need . . . luxury accommodation, pools, beaches, and Eden Plaza, the newly opened shopping center that has everything from boutiques, restaurants and convenience stores for your day to day grocery shopping. Food supplies can be bought up to 7 pm. Hotel, Bank, ATM, Restaurants, and Bars within walking distance or by buggy, 24/7 security on the island.
Eden Island Marina is a self-contained community with all amenities close by my apartment including car and boat hire. Getting around in the resort is easy as it is a motor-free vehicle zone and a buggy is provided as a mode of transport on the island. For exploring Mahé, I would suggest that you rent a car as public transport is not very reliable. There is a free parking area near the apartment for cars.
