We are close to Aveiro City Main Avenue, 1400 metres from the tourist area/historic centre and 600 metres from Aveiro Bridges. Aveiro train station is about half a mile away. It is a quiet, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and rest at the same time. The space
What makes our apartment special is its location and especially the view over the salt flats. In addition, we combine comfort and decor to make it an ideal space for families (up to 4 people) who want to visit the city and rest.
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms. Not being shared with anyone else. In the kitchen you will always have several food products that you can enjoy free of charge.
Other things to note
The building has access ramp and elevator. Good for people with motor disabilities or temporary mobility issues.
The kitchen is open space with the living room and so children who can stay in the living room on the sleeping sofa bed have full access to the kitchen.
The utilities have an extra monthly cost of €100,00. Weekly cleaning is included in this price.
