Facilmente raggiungibile sia dall'aeroporto che dalla stazione con la linea T2 della tramvia.
Vicinissima anche la vivace piazza di s. Jacopino, con bar, ristoranti, banca, farmacia, supermercato.

Administration fee, mangement fee e cauzione saranno pagate direttamente al proprietario in un'unica soluzione al momento della firma del contratto.
Esempio, per un affitto di 4 mesi da 2800€/mese:
- L'affitto del primo mese è di 2800€ da pagare su Roomless una volta prenotato.
- Deposito di 2800€ da pagare in anticipo alla firma del contratto, direttamente al proprietario che si metterà in contatto con voi dopo la prenotazione.
- Administration fee mensili 150€x4= 600€ da pagare in anticipo al momento della firma del contratto, direttamente al proprietario.
- Management fee una tantum 150€ da pagare in anticipo al momento della firma del contratto, direttamente al proprietario.
