This very cozy flat offers you a private bedroom, very bright and well-organized. There are 2 beds, a desk, and a chair. The apartment is well furnished, with all the comforts and facilities required for a home. Interior design has studied the distribution of every part of the flat! In order to give more privacy, each room is equipped like a small studio with a living room/bedroom and each room with separate entrances. There are an internet connection and a TV in both rooms. There is a long balcony too :)

- We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month.
- Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 19.
Check-in after 19, during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee.
- In case of early check out without the 2 months notice stated in the contract the deposit won't be refunded.

The property is located in Via Dei Biancospinin, in a really lively area. The neighborhood is full of services: supermarkets, banks, post offices, pharmacies and shops, nice restaurants, pubs. There are trendy and historic pubs and restaurants in Milan. This is a strategic position to reach in a few minutes every part of Milan and all most historical and important Architecture!!! The museum, Theaters, famous and friendly restaurants, pubs!!!
Public transportation is the best here and a few minutes by tram, you can reach Navigli, Sant'Ambrogio e Santa Maria delle grazie Cathedral Cattolica, Duomo, the famous Teatro LA Scala, and Montenapoleone fashion area!! Also Bocconi University, NABA, IULM.
