Apartment a stone's throw from the sea. Recently completely renovated, with all comforts. Located on the first floor with lift and livable terrace overlooking the sea !! Ideal for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, to fully enjoy the western Ligurian Riviera or to work remotely with the family. The terrace allows for outdoor dining or sunbathing. The beach is literally a few meters away. Private parking space. Following the absence of rainfall, the works for the expansion of the aqueduct and the large influx of tourists, during the day there could be drops in pressure and temporary absences of water supply in the domestic systems.
RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night
MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION
60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 12th 2024 and April 23th 2024 included.
N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed.
