Situato al terzo piano (con ascensore) di un tipico edificio del 1920 nel vivace quartiere di Testaccio, e' stato appena ristrutturato con soffitti con mattoni a vista, finestre con doppi vetri, riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata.
L'appartamento offre una zona soggiorno-pranzo con divano letto (160x200) e una cucina attrezzata (microonde, grande frigo, macchina per il caffe' Nespresso, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice; 2 camere da letto con 2 bagni per ospitare 4 persone.
La camera da letto più grande può essere allestita con un letto matrimoniale o due singoli. La seconda camera da letto con 1 letto singolo o matrimoniale.
I dipinti alle pareti e le sculture sono stati generosamente messi a disposizione dall'artista Francisco Cordoba che ha scelto l'appartamento come spazio espositivo privilegiato per presentare le sue opere in un contesto quotidiano. Costaricano di nascita, a Roma da oltre 40 anni, ha esposto in vari musei e più volte alla Biennale di Venezia. Ha una sua galleria in Via dei Serpenti, nel rione Monti.

POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE PRIMA DEL CHECK IN
Fino a 60 giorni: restituzione 100% del deposito
Da 30 a 60 giorni: restituzione 50% del deposito
Meno di 30 giorni: perdita del deposito

POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE DOPO IL CHECK IN
Disdetta anticipata del contratto: 1 mese con pagamento delle spese amministrative (€150)

E' possibile prendere la residenza con contratto di 18 mesi.
Le utenze rimangono intestate alla proprieta' e rimborsate mensilmente (forfait €250).

PROPERTY COMPOSITION
Situated on the third floor (with lift) of a typical 1920s building of the vibrant Testaccio district, it comes out from a meticulous renovation. It boasts high brick ceilings, double-glazed windows, individual heating, and air conditioning.
The apartment offers a living-dining area with a sofa bed (160x200) and an equipped kitchen (MW, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer); 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms to accommodate 4 people.
The largest bedroom can be set up with a double bed or two singles. The second bedroom with 1 single or double bed.
Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal.
Paintings on the walls and sculptures have been generously made available by the artist Francisco Cordoba who has chosen the apartment as a privileged exhibition space to present his works in an everyday context. Costa Rican by birth, in Rome for over 40 years, he has exhibited in various museums and several times at the Venice Biennale. He has his own gallery in Via dei Serpenti, in the Monti district.

CANCELATION POLICY BEFORE CHECK-IN
Up to 60 days: reimbursement of 100% deposit
From 30 to 60 days: reimbursement of 50% deposit
Less than 30 days: reimbursement of 0% deposit

CANCELATION POLICY AFTER CHECK-IN
Early termination: 1 month notice and payment of admin fee (€150)

It is possible to take the residence with an 18-month contract.
Utilities will be paid by the landlord and reimbursed monthly (€250)
