Direct proximity to the Bilker Arcaden - there you will find many shopping possibilities, e.g. Mediamarkt, Aldi, Müller and the post office. To the S11 to Düsseldorf as well as Cologne airport (without changing) you need only 4 minutes on foot.

With the Lorettostr. in about 15 minutes walking distance you will find many small shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Down to the Rhine it takes about 10-15 minutes. Ideal for relaxed jogging.

The bedroom is located at the level of the Florapark. One can sleep very well in the evening with an open window, because the Bilker Aracaden Pöller stand to the Bilker Aracaden, i.e. it is not a through road.
